Claudia and Tejo travels - together with Machida Noriko-san - to Sasebo where Tejo presents a workshop for 3B Gymnastic Club Sasebo. Back in Hirado, Claudia does a second painting workshop in her atelier for the Water Color Club.
  
Tejo and Claudia present a combined workshop at the Hirado elementary school (3rd grade). The children paint on a simple 'shirt' made out of two papers. Next Tejo has another nichibu dance lesson with Kitani-sensei. Around midnight, Georges - Claudia's boyfriend - arrives from Holland in Hirado.
  
Tejo does this morning another dance workshop at the Hirado elementary school (5e grade). He enjoys his lunch at the school together with the 30 children and translator Tycho. At night Tejo works with his dance group in preparation for the Haiya Dance Festival (September 23rd). Claudia spends her free day in her atelier.
  
Tejo presents this morning again a workshop at the Hirado elementary school (5e grade) with 36 kids (Oseki-san is translating). At night Tejo has his third and last Shodo lesson with Tateishi-sensei, where he makes his own Japanese stamp. Claudia does a workshop from the morning till the afternoon at the Nakatsura elementary school, where she make 37 children decorate a 37-metres long wall at their school. Tycho, Georges and Kasuya-san are present for assistance. At night Claudia presents another painting workshop for the Nanbu Painting Club.
 
In his morning workshop, Tejo teaches the children of the Hikari-no-Sono kindergarten to do some massage with the people of the neighbouring old-peoples house. In the afternoon he has another nichibu dance lesson with Kitani-sensei and in the evening he is working with his 12xHolland dance group. Claudia does a morning and afternoon workshop at the Tsutsumi elementary school with 32 children (11-12 years), where they make drawings of each others silhouette.
  
From 10 - 11 AM Tejo does a watershed for the young children of the Hikari-no-Sono kindergarten. Next, together with the kids, Claudia and interpreter Tycho they enjoy the lunch at the school. After the lunch the kids give a taiko percussion show to welcome their special guests, followed by Claudia's workshop. She lets the children paint figures, which are put together into a mobile. Tejo at night has a pre-event for the Haiya Dance festival for tomorrow.
  
Today is the annual Haiya dance festival in the harbour of Hirado. Many dance groups from the wide area have gathered to perform. Today, Tejo presents twice the choreography he made for his 12xHolland dance group.andaag is het jaarlijkse Haiya dansfestival in de haven van Hirado. Hier werken vele dansgroepen uit de verre omgeving aan mee. Tejo presenteert hierbij twee maal de choreografie, die hij voor de 12xHolland dansgroep heeft gemaakt.
  
Tejo and Claudia have no events today and enjoy a visit to Nagasaki city.
Tejo studies in his nichibu dance lesson with Kitani-sensei more details of the Kotobuki-dance, which he will perform on September 29th. Claudia enjoys her shodo lesson with Tateishi-sensei and learns to make her own Japanese stamp.
 
Claudia presents a workshop for 45 students of the Hirado elementary school in the centraly located Kameoka Park, where the students make a collage work of tree-paintings. Tejo again joins the Kagura performance in the Sakigata Shrine. At night he works with his 12xHolland dance team.
  
Claudia does her last painting workshop at the Hirado junior highschool with assistance of the teacher ms. Iwamoto. Today, Tejo has a day off.

Tejo works on pieces for the final presentation on September 29th: in his last nichibu dance lesson with Kitani-sensei they are working in detail; in his night workshop he works with his 12xHolland dance team. Also Claudia is today working on preparations for September 29th.
Both Claudia and Tejo are preparing for the end presentation of tomorrow. At night Tejo does his last dance workshop with the 12xHolland dance team.
This afternoon in the community centre Hokubu-kôminkan the 12xHolland final presentation of Claudia and Tejo takes place. Aon the program are:
- performance by the 3B Gymnastic Group;
- short explanation by Claudia about her work;
- performance of Claudia poem;
- Tejo's nichibu dance performance Kotobuki, which he studied with Kitani-sensei
- performance by Tejo's 12xHolland-dance team of his choreography Aki-no-Ekki (Autumn Station);
- experimental danc-/painting performance by Tejo and Claudia, in which they not only paint on the floor but also on each others white costumes.
The festivy ends with a reception, that will be continued later at the Cafe Carillon.
  
  
After a most intensive and successful month today Tejo and Claudia, accompanied by friend Georges, will leave Hirado. Around 15:00 many Hirado citizens and friends come to the harbour of Hirado, from where they leave by boat to Tabira. From there Aki-san drives them to Fukuoka-city where they all stay for the night in a hotel. Tomorrow Claudia and Georges will fly to Amsterdam. Tejo will fly to Tokyo, where he will stay until the end of November.
At the same time the new 12xHolland-participators for October leave from Amsterdam Airport: Nikkie van de Ven (architecture) and Ralph van Raat (piano), are accompanied by Junko Ueda and Wil Offermans (12xHolland-initiators/organisation). Some friends have come to the airport to say bye-bye. They will finally end up in a most severe typhoon above Tokyo. Read more on October 1st.
